The most common side effects are : gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea , vomiting ,ulceration and bleeding, dyspepsia ) , headache
dizziness, allergic reactions , thrombocytopenia , rash , rarely renal failure reaction and pain at site of injection , necrosis at site of injection and anaphylactic reactions.
